Photography

Virtual Tours
A virtual tour offers viewers are more realistic impression of your property, or certain feature areas of your property, by providing a 360° panoramic scene they are able to navigate around.
With rapidly improving technologies and lower cost broadband internet access, virtual tours are gaining significant acceptance as a real estate tool for house hunters who wish to have a better idea of how prospective properties look before they jump in the car. In particular, they are an excellent method of displaying areas which can't be truly appreciated in a 2D photograph. Video Walk-throughs
Again because of improved technologies and fast internet access, this is another method of displaying your property which is becoming extremely popular.
A video walk-through provies the greatest realism when viewing a property online as it offers a full pictorial view from the driveway to the back fence. Lasting less than one minute and usually around 20-30 seconds a walk- through can visit every room in the property and pick out interesting or important features. Video walk-throughs have been proven to attract more buyers as they offer greater enticement for them to travel further distances, knowing that the trip won't be wasted.

Copy writing - advertising
Given the spacial and cost restrictions of advertising it is little wonder that the real estate industry has developed a significant liking for acronyms (OPF, LUG, 2BR. OSP, RCAC, ROW, etc)
but that doesn't mean your property description cannot be creative, interesting or even inspiring. Copy writing - human interest
An option that is gaining amazing interest as a selling tool, especially at Open Inspections, is a page or two of history on the property.
This has the effect of turning the property from a "house" into a "home". In most cases this involves a brief history, interesting facts, any improvements that may have been made to the property, items of interest in the area, how you feel about the property and so on. An R.E.P. writer can sit down with you and script a "human interest" story in a very short time.


Floor plans
Most Real Estate flyers and some newspaper and magazine advertisements include a floorplan of the property. This is a layout plan of the land and buildings drawn to scale and usually
includes all fixed amenities being sold with the property. Your R.E.P. photographer or consultant can take all the necessary measurements from which the design team can prepare a CAD drawing for use on advertising materials.


Sales advice
One of the toughest things to figure out when preparing your property for sale is just how much work you should put into it and how much you should spend. Will it be cost effective?
Our strongest recommendation in the entire sales process is to have an independent inspection prior to sale - from somebody who can guide you and provide you with the tips and ideas to present your property in the best possible way.  In terms of cost this is perhaps the most beneficial service of all.
